Community Guidelines
Updated February 2026
Sensuali exists to create a safe, respectful and professional space for exploring sensuality, intimacy and pleasure.
These guidelines apply to all members and providers. They are separate from our Terms and Conditions and are designed to clearly explain what is and is not appropriate on the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts or permanently suspend users who breach these guidelines.
For All Members
Respect and Conduct
Sensuali is built on consent, communication and mutual respect.
You must not:
- Harass, pressure or intimidate providers or other members
- Send explicit sexual messages or images without consent
- Attempt to negotiate illegal services
- Use discriminatory, abusive or degrading language
- Misrepresent your identity or intentions
Enquiring about an experience does not entitle you to anything. Providers have the right to decline bookings at their discretion.
Communication Standards
Keep communication clear and respectful.
You are encouraged to:
- Ask questions
- Clarify boundaries
- Take your time
- Walk away if something does not feel right
You are not permitted to:
- Request explicit sexual acts that are illegal or outside a provider’s stated offering
- Pressure providers for services they do not advertise
- Attempt to move conversations in a direction that violates these guidelines
For Providers
Sensuali is a professional platform. Your profile represents both your work and the wider community.
Profile Standards
We strongly encourage you to:
- Complete your profile fully
- Clearly describe your services, boundaries and expectations
- Add your website and professional social media links
- Include images that reflect your real work
- Add evidence of your professional background where possible
Profiles that are detailed and transparent build trust and are more likely to be featured.
Imagery Guidelines
Sensuali allows sensual imagery.
We do not allow explicit sexual content on public profiles.
Not permitted on public-facing areas:
- Explicit sexual acts
- Visible genitalia in a sexual context
- Graphic depictions of sexual activity
- Pornographic imagery
Explicit content may only appear in designated private galleries where permitted by the platform structure.
All imagery should align with the tone of Sensuali: thoughtful, artistic, professional and consent-led. Please review imagery used across the site and blog for guidance.
Services We Do Not Allow
To remain legally compliant across multiple jurisdictions, Sensuali does not allow:
- Full sexual services
- Escorting or prostitution services
- Trafficking, exploitation or non-consensual activity
- Services involving minors under any circumstances
- Any activity that breaches local law
We do allow legal, consensual services such as education, coaching, BDSM experiences, sensual touch services, performance art, creative work and wellness-based offerings, provided they comply with our platform policies.
If you are unsure whether your service is permitted, contact us before listing.
Professional Conduct
Providers must:
- Communicate clearly about boundaries and expectations
- Honour agreed arrangements
- Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims
- Respect client confidentiality
- Operate within local laws and licensing requirements
Repeated reports of boundary violations, misrepresentation or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the platform.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
Sensuali actively reviews profiles and uses automated systems to flag suspicious activity.
We may:
- Request clarification about your listing
- Ask for changes to imagery or wording
- Temporarily suspend profiles pending review
- Restrict visibility of incomplete or sparse profiles where we are concerned they may be spam or misleading
- Contact you to request further information or supporting details
- Permanently remove accounts that breach guidelines
Profiles that lack sufficient detail, clear descriptions or supporting information may be temporarily taken down until we can verify their legitimacy. This helps protect both members and providers from fraudulent or low-quality listings.
Our goal is long-term safety for everyone using the platform.
Reporting and Safety
Sensuali is actively moderated. If something feels unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with our guidelines, we want to know.
You should report behaviour if you experience or notice:
- Harassment, coercion or pressure
- Misleading listings or dishonest communication
- Attempts to arrange prohibited services
- Discriminatory or abusive language
- Content that appears illegal or non-consensual
You can anonymously report any profile, experience or private message directly through the reporting function on the platform. The person being reported will not be notified of your identity.
You may also contact us at: [email protected] with relevant details and screenshots where possible.
All reports are reviewed confidentially by our team. We take concerns seriously and may investigate, request clarification, restrict accounts or remove profiles where necessary.
Your safety and the integrity of the platform come first.
