1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) set out the rules for using www.sensuali.com (the “Site”). They are designed to keep the platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members.

By accessing, using, or registering with the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the latest version.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Digitalmatching International Ltd, Alekou Konstantinou 56, Strovolos, 2024, Nicosia, Cyprus.

References to “Sensuali”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms mean Digitalmatching International Ltd. Using the Site does not create a partnership, client relationship, or fiduciary duty between you and us.

3. Eligibility and Verification

Sensuali is for people aged 18 and over. You must not allow anyone under 18 to use your account.

All providers must complete age and identity verification through Didit before publishing their profile or listings. This may involve an identity document, a selfie and facial matching.

All members accessing Sensuali from the United Kingdom must also complete an age check through Didit before accessing member features or age-restricted content. This uses facial age estimation, with further checks where needed.

You must complete checks yourself using accurate information. If verification is unsuccessful, access will remain restricted. For assistance or to request a review, contact contact@sensuali.com.

Verification data is processed as explained in our Privacy Policy and the notices shown during verification. Any required consent is requested separately. Verification does not confirm professional qualifications or guarantee services.

4. Nature of the platform

Sensuali is a platform for advertising and discovering sensual and wellness-related experiences and services. Sensuali acts solely as an online marketplace and introduction service. We do not provide, organise, manage, supervise, or endorse any experiences or services listed on the Site.

All services and content must be legal, consensual, and comply with local laws. Providers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for:

The accuracy and completeness of their listings
The services they offer
Their communications with users
Compliance with applicable laws, licences, permits, and safety standards

Any agreement, booking, or interaction takes place directly between the user and the provider, and Sensuali is not a party to that agreement.

5. Accounts, Passwords and Security

When registering, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not:

Share your account details with others.
Create multiple accounts without permission.
Impersonate another person.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Posting Guidelines.
Upload or share defamatory, obscene, misleading, or unlawful content.
Advertise services that are illegal in your country (for example full-service sex work or explicit sexual acts). Sensuali welcomes legal offerings such as BDSM, tantra, coaching, massage, performance, and creative work.
Post or promote any content or services involving trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual activity.
Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to others.
Misuse or interfere with the Site’s systems (for example hacking, scraping, or spreading malware).

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or contact authorities if these rules are breached.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant Sensuali a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

You must only upload content you have the rights to share, and you must obtain consent from anyone featured in your content.

All other content and materials on the Site are owned by Sensuali or its partners. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.

If you believe content on Sensuali infringes your copyright, follow our Copyright and Illegal Content Policy (DMCA & DSA).

8. Subscriptions, recurring billing and refunds (December 2026)

8.1 Subscription plans.
Sensuali offers paid subscription plans for members (Sensuali Plus) and for practitioners (Pro and Premium). Current prices are shown on the Plans & Payments page and at checkout before you confirm a purchase. All subscription plans are billed monthly. Sensuali does not currently offer free trials or annual plans.

8.2 Recurring billing.
By subscribing, you authorise DIGITALMATCHING INTERNATIONAL LIMITED to charge the payment card you provide at checkout the monthly subscription fee in advance, on the date you first subscribed and on the same day of each following month (or the last day of the month where that day does not exist). Your subscription renews automatically each month, without further action from you, until you cancel it. Charges appear on your card statement as DMIcorporate.

8.3 Renewal reminders.
We will send a reminder to the email address on your account at least 5 days before each recurring charge, stating the plan, the amount, the date of the charge and how to cancel. If we introduce free trials or annual plans in future, we will send a reminder at least 7 days before a trial converts into a paid subscription, and at least 7 days (and no more than 30 days) before an annual renewal.

8.4 Cancellation.
You can cancel at any time from your account under Plan and billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep access to your plan’s features until then and no further charges are made. We will confirm the cancellation by email.

8.5 Refunds.
Subscription fees already charged are not refunded for the unused part of a billing period. If you are charged after cancelling, or charged twice, tell us within 14 days at billing@sensuali.com and we will refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8.6 Price changes.
We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any change to the price of your subscription. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

8.7 Failed payments.
If a recurring payment fails, we will tell you by email and retry the charge. If the retries also fail, your paid plan is paused until a payment is made: for practitioners, your profile and experiences are paused; for members, Sensuali Plus features are paused. We will send you three emails in total explaining that the payment did not go through and how to update your card. Your account is not moved to the free plan or closed for non-payment, and your profile, content, reviews and history are kept. Everything is restored as soon as payment is received, and your billing date stays the same. You can update your card at any time in Plan and billing.

8.8 Currency and tax.
Subscriptions are charged in euros (VAT included) or US dollars (sales tax added at checkout where applicable) depending on your location, as shown at checkout.

8.9 One-off purchases and refunds.
One-off extras and packs (priority interest, unblurred social links, private galleries, bump packs and social links visible) are charged once, at the time of purchase. Unblurred social links and bump packs must be used within 30 days of purchase. Access to a one-off purchase starts immediately. Before you pay, we ask you to give your express consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access has started; you cannot complete the purchase without doing so, and we confirm your consent in the receipt we email you. One-off purchases are therefore non-refundable once bought, unless they did not work because of a fault on our side, in which case we refund them in full. Full details are on our

page. This does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.

8.10 Commission on online sessions (practitioners).
Online sessions booked and paid through Sensuali carry a commission retained by Sensuali from the session price: 18% on the Free plan, 12% on Pro and 8% on Premium. The rate is the one that applies to your plan on the date the session is booked. If an online session is cancelled or refunded to the member, the commission on it is returned to the practitioner in the same settlement. In-person sessions carry no commission and are never processed by Sensuali.

8.11 Online sessions — refunds to members.
If an online session paid for through Sensuali does not take place, the member is refunded the full amount paid, to the original payment method. Refund requests must be made to billing@sensuali.com, or through the form on our Billing & refunds page, within 14 days of the scheduled session date. Where a session is refunded, the commission on it is returned to the practitioner as set out in 8.10.

8A. Bookings, Communications, and Disputes

When a user makes a booking or enquiry through the Site, Sensuali’s role ends at facilitating the initial connection. Once a booking has been made, all further communications, arrangements, payments, changes, cancellations, and disputes are handled directly between the user and the provider.

Sensuali is not responsible or liable for:

The performance, quality, safety, or outcome of any service
Cancellations, no-shows, delays, or changes
Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes
Personal injury, emotional distress, loss, or damage arising from a booked experience
Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of agreement by a provider or user

Users acknowledge that they engage with providers entirely at their own risk.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sensuali accepts no liability for any issues arising after a booking has been made, including where users are liaising directly with providers.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any interaction with another user or provider.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sensuali harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the Site, your bookings, or your dealings with providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. If your account is terminated, you must not attempt to re-register without our permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
