1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) set out the rules for using www.sensuali.com (the “Site”). They are designed to keep the platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members. By accessing, using, or registering with the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately. 2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Digitalmatching International Ltd, Erechtheion 11, Praise2413, Nicosia, Cyprus. References to “Sensuali”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms mean Digitalmatching International Ltd. Using the Site does not create a partnership, client relationship, or fiduciary duty between you and us.  

3. Eligibility and Age of Consent

To keep our community safe and legally compliant, Sensuali is restricted to adults.
  • Users must verify they are 18 or older to access private galleries, adult content, and to book experiences.
  • Users must not allow anyone under 18 to access your account.

4. Nature of the platform

Sensuali is a platform for advertising and discovering sensual and wellness-related experiences and services. Sensuali acts solely as an online marketplace and introduction service. We do not provide, organise, manage, supervise, or endorse any experiences or services listed on the Site. All services and content must be legal, consensual, and comply with local laws. Providers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for:
  • The accuracy and completeness of their listings
  • The services they offer
  • Their communications with users
  • Compliance with applicable laws, licences, permits, and safety standards
Any agreement, booking, or interaction takes place directly between the user and the provider, and Sensuali is not a party to that agreement.  

5. Accounts, Passwords and Security

When registering, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not:
  • Share your account details with others.
  • Create multiple accounts without permission.
  • Impersonate another person.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:
  • Violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Posting Guidelines.
  • Upload or share defamatory, obscene, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Advertise services that are illegal in your country (for example full-service sex work or explicit sexual acts). Sensuali welcomes legal offerings such as BDSM, tantra, coaching, massage, performance, and creative work.
  • Post or promote any content or services involving trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual activity.
  • Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to others.
  • Misuse or interfere with the Site’s systems (for example hacking, scraping, or spreading malware).
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or contact authorities if these rules are breached.  

7. Adult Content

Some material on Sensuali relates to adult or sensual entertainment. By using the Site, you confirm that:
  • You are not offended by nudity, sexual imagery, or sensual material.
  • You will only use the Site for legal purposes.
  • You accept that cookies are used on the Site (see Privacy Policy).

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant Sensuali a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site. You must only upload content you have the rights to share, and you must obtain consent from anyone featured in your content. All other content and materials on the Site are owned by Sensuali or its partners. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.  

9. Prices and Payment

At present, using Sensuali is free of charge, but most experiences bookable via Sensuali are paid services. Sensuali does not take any payments on the Site. All payments happen directly between users and providers.

9A. Bookings, Communications, and Disputes

When a user makes a booking or enquiry through the Site, Sensuali’s role ends at facilitating the initial connection. Once a booking has been made, all further communications, arrangements, payments, changes, cancellations, and disputes are handled directly between the user and the provider. Sensuali is not responsible or liable for:
  • The performance, quality, safety, or outcome of any service
  • Cancellations, no-shows, delays, or changes
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes
  • Personal injury, emotional distress, loss, or damage arising from a booked experience
  • Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of agreement by a provider or user
Users acknowledge that they engage with providers entirely at their own risk.  

10. Liability and Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • Sensuali accepts no liability for any issues arising after a booking has been made, including where users are liaising directly with providers.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any interaction with another user or provider.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Sensuali harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the Site, your bookings, or your dealings with providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.  

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. If your account is terminated, you must not attempt to re-register without our permission.  

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
