A massage with me is typically a very relaxing and sensual experience. It takes place in a tranquil room with candles and a relaxed atmosphere. After an initial discussion where I tailor my approach specifically to you, I often start with a gentle full-body massage to help you relax and loosen your muscles. You are encouraged to unwind at your own pace during the session.

Whether you experience pleasure or relaxation in the process is not decisive. What is important is that I accompany you here without any specific goal. Your body sets the direction.
During the massage, breathing and relaxation exercises can also be used to help you relax even deeper and focus your attention on your physical sensations. The entire experience is usually felt as very sensual and intimate and can help release emotional blockages related to sexuality and intimacy.
