In my spaces, grief meets devotion. Power meets tenderness. What’s been buried becomes fuel. What I Practice: Tantra Without a Rulebook I don’t follow scripts or fixed methods. I follow the moment. Sometimes that looks like stillness and breath. Sometimes laughter, teasing, or full-body surrender. Always, it is guided by presence, consent, and attuned awareness. This is tantra as aliveness — not performance or choreography. A living current where pleasure, shame, innocence, power, and longing are all welcome. Whatever unfolds belongs to you.
