About me
I’m a somatic sexologist, certified sexological bodyworker, and trauma-informed coach devoted to helping men, women, and couples awaken a more alive, confident, and deeply satisfying relationship with their sexuality.
My work bridges body, heart, and mind. Rather than focusing on performance or technique alone, I guide you into embodied awareness—where lasting change actually happens. Whether you’re navigating erectile challenges, premature ejaculation, low desire, intimacy blocks, shame, or simply longing for more depth and aliveness, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where transformation unfolds through the wisdom of your body.
With a background in somatic education, therapeutic bodywork, and years of supporting men in reshaping their relationship to pleasure and porn use, I specialise in helping you move from tension, pressure, and self-doubt into confidence, presence, and authentic pleasure. For couples, I create pathways back to connection, polarity, safety, and erotic vitality.
My approach is experiential, practical, and deeply human. Together we slow down, listen, and retrain your nervous system for greater sensation, choice, and satisfaction. The result is not just better sex—but a fuller sense of aliveness in your body and your life.
If you’re ready to move beyond limitation and into embodied confidence and pleasure, I would be honoured to work with you.

Sexological Bodywork and Tantra can sometimes appear similar because both value presence, breath, embodiment, and conscious sexuality. However, they are distinct practices. Sexological Bodywork is an educational and therapeutic modality governed by a clear professional code of ethics. One of the key principles is one-way touch: touch is always given to the client for their learning and benefit. The practitioner remains clothed (and gloved when genital touch is part of the agreed session), and the session is entirely client-led. Your goals, your boundaries, and your pace shape the experience. This structure creates clarity and safety for both practitioner and client. Rather than focusing on spiritual ritual or energetic exchange between two people, Sexological Bodywork is about education and embodied learning. It helps you understand your nervous system, your arousal patterns, your desires, and your subconscious drivers. You learn how to notice and track sensation, build regulation, trust your body, value your needs, and communicate them clearly. It is a space to explore your learning edges with support—developing confidence, agency, and skill in your sexuality in a grounded, ethical, and professionally held container.
I work with men, women, and couples who want more than surface-level advice — they want embodied, lasting change. Many of the men I support are navigating challenges such as erectile difficulties, premature ejaculation, performance anxiety, porn dependency, or a sense that their sexuality feels tense, pressured, or disconnected. They often want to build stamina, confidence, and stronger erections — but more importantly, they want to feel grounded and at ease in their bodies. I also work with women who are seeking deeper connection to their desire, clearer boundaries, greater pleasure, and a more confident relationship with their sensual expression. Couples come to me when intimacy feels strained, polarity has faded, communication around desire feels unclear, or they long to reconnect with erotic aliveness in a way that feels safe and mutually empowering. Across all clients, there is a common thread: a desire to move from stress, shame, or confusion into clarity, vitality, and authentic sexual expression. My work supports those who are willing to slow down, become curious about their nervous system, and engage their sexuality as a pathway to confidence, connection, and aliveness.
Every session is tailored to your needs, comfort, and goals, and is held in a professional, trauma-informed, and fully ethical container. Sessions typically begin with a conversation to clarify your intentions, boundaries, and desired outcomes. We explore what’s present in your body, your nervous system, and your current patterns of arousal, desire, or tension. From there, the work is experiential and guided. Depending on your focus, a session may include: Somatic awareness exercises – helping you feel into your body, notice sensations, and regulate your nervous system Breathwork and energy cultivation – learning to move sexual energy consciously through the body for vitality and pleasure Consent-based touch and erotic embodiment – within the ethical boundaries of sexological bodywork, guiding awareness of pleasure, sensation, and agency Practical skill-building – for example, developing ejaculatory control, expanding orgasmic potential, or increasing sexual confidence Integration and reflection – supporting you in understanding what arises, how it connects to your goals, and how to carry the learning into your daily life Sessions can be conducted in-person or online, and range from focused 90-minute sessions to immersive 3–5 hour experiences, depending on your goals. Every session is client-led: you decide the pace, intensity, and areas of focus. My role is to hold the space, provide guidance, and offer tools so you can explore, expand, and deepen your embodied sexuality safely, confidently, and joyfully.
Absolutely. Safety, consent, and confidentiality are the foundation of everything I do. All sessions are conducted in a professional, trauma-informed, and ethical framework designed to protect both you and the integrity of the work. Client-led and consent-based: You remain in control at all times. Every touch, exercise, or practice is fully guided by your boundaries and comfort. You can adjust, pause, or stop any part of the session at any time. Professional boundaries: As a certified sexological bodyworker and somatic sexologist, I adhere to a strict code of ethics, including one-way touch, maintaining clothing and gloves when genital contact is part of the session, and clear communication about what is and isn’t included in the work. Confidentiality: Your privacy is fully respected. Everything discussed or experienced in a session remains strictly confidential. Photos, recordings, or personal information are never shared without your explicit, informed consent. Trauma-informed support: The work is designed to honor your nervous system and emotional safety. Practices are paced to meet you where you are, and I provide tools to regulate and integrate any experiences that arise. This ensures that you can explore, learn, and expand your sexual awareness in a space that feels completely safe, grounded, and held.
