Hello there! I’m Kathy (she/it). Thanks for taking a moment to hear what working with me may feel like.
There’s something sacred about the space we create in therapy, where words can land gently, silence is honored, and your story unfolds at its own pace. My hope is that in our work together, you’ll feel both held and empowered; you’ll be able to speak freely, feel deeply, and move toward what healing means for you. Whether you arrive with more questions than answers, grief, curiosity, longing, or an action plan, I’ll meet you with steadiness and respect for your story and its complexities.
I work with individuals, couples and people navigating nontraditional relationship structures. These nontraditional relationship structures may look like polycules, queer relationships, platonic relationships, dynamics rooted in kink or BDSM, and more. Clients may be looking to navigate changes, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction and more. My deep understanding of power dynamics, both systemic and interpersonal, guide my work with Kink/BDSM clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those healing from trauma.
