Hi! I'm Mariah (she/her) and I'm a certified yoga instructor, kink practitioner, and sex educator. I have developed and continue to refine my "rope yoga" classes, where I combine gentle partnered movement with simple shibari ties. This practice focuses on building a connection between the top and bottom, developing skills in communication with a partner, and opening the body to new sensations that can't be accessed through solo yoga practice alone. As a yoga instructor, I focus on letting gentle movement flow into greater bodily awareness and understanding by linking the mind and body together as one. I offer group classes in public spaces in Philadelphia, as well as private client sessions within the comfort of your own home. I am also open to teaching online sessions for clients outside the Philadelphia area. Please reach out if you're interested or have any questions!
