Hi, I'm Poppy, and it's my aim to support you in having the most deeply satisfying and authentic relationships possible - and yes, that includes the relationship with yourself.
I work with individuals, couples and polycules and specialise in non-monogamous relationship styles.
I am a trained Somatic Intimacy Sex and Relationship Coach, a certified Sex and Relationships Educator and have been practicing non-monogamy in my personal life for over ten years. I believe we all deserve the right to deeply fulfilling, connected relationships and that there’s no universal blueprint for the space that relationships inhabit.
Over the past five years I have been facilitating workshops, talks and creating informative content about non-monogamous relationships online. Plus, while training as a coach, I have worked with many individuals and couples peer to peer, supporting non-monogamous people and those who love them to navigate polyamory and non-monogamous relationships.
