For over a decade, I have witnessed and been part of many different types of rituals and ceremonies; ranging from plant spirit immersions and earth-based rituals, to traditional First Nations ceremonies such as sweat lodge and Sundance, to circle work, erotic ritual spaces, prayerformance, and countless personal rituals.
When I came to the kink world, so much of what I saw and learned reminded me of ceremony - the entering into a different reality, the space creating & holding, the protocol (at times quite strict!), the devotion, the journeying into the deepest layers of our being, even the physical tools used.
For me, those two worlds have merged naturally and harmoniously.

I view kink & BDSM through the lens of ceremony and sacred workings - as a mythical & transformational tool for initiation, personal growth, healing, and connection to the Divine.

Being neurodivergent, I have also come to cherish kink as an amazing gift that offers structure, intentionality and emotional regulation.
