I’m Dr. Resa, an intimacy and embodiment educator with a background that blends lived experience, academic study, and years of guiding people toward deeper confidence in themselves. My journey has been anything but traditional. I began my professional life in environments where the body, performance, and presence were central, experiences that taught me firsthand about boundaries, power, and the complex ways people relate to desire and connection.
Over time, that curiosity became a path of study and exploration. I pursued advanced education focused on human sexuality, communication, and embodiment. My work today centers on helping people understand their relationship with their bodies, their confidence, and their personal boundaries.
