My name is Rhi, and the facilitation of self-love is my specialty. This can be anything from learning how to reframe negative thinking, to learning how to appreciate your body, to outside affirmation you can fall back on when your internal checks just aren’t doing the job. So many of us (especially us queer folk) are taught and conditioned to put ourselves last, that we must meet certain expectations in order to receive love, and that just isn’t true. It would be my honor to help you deconstruct that way of thinking.
