I’m a trauma-informed mentor, coach, and breathwork facilitator specialising in helping individuals and couples heal shame, build self-trust, and reconnect to their deepest truths—especially around intimacy, sex, and self-expression.
My work often attracts people who feel like “something’s missing”—those who’ve done the therapy, the self-development, but still feel stuck, unseen, or unable to fully express themselves in life or love.
Whether you’re navigating self-worth, desire, sexuality, or communication challenges in your relationship, I offer a non-judgemental space to explore what’s alive for you. My clients have included straight and queer couples, gay men, trans men, and individuals on all points of the relational and sexual spectrum.
