I've been immersed in the wellness field since I was 17, with a history in competitive sports like boxing and weightlifting. That intense, powerful phase was exhilarating, but I eventually sought a different experience. I discovered the profound softness and connection that self-massage brings. It has helped me become less rigid, more optimistic, and deeply connected with my body. Now, I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of touch.
