About me
pleasure to meet! I'm Sapphire Leela.
I live close to my body, and I love play and vulnerability in the same breath, and I don’t believe safety and wildness cancel each other out.
I’m also a certified somatic sexologist, relationship & psychosexual therapist (i.T.), and trauma-informed yoga teacher.
My why is rooted in my own journey: from deep pleasing, abuse, and feeling unsafe in my body and in my relationships.
Today, my passion is supporting you to feel safer and more present in your body by empowering how you relate to yourself and others.
I’m drawn to the meeting point of fire and care, where desire, fear, and honesty can coexist, and where intimacy grows through presence, boundaries, and choice.
I’m passionate about teaching all the things we should have been taught about sex, pleasure, and relating: from curiosity and play to boundaries and connection. I love creating spaces where people can embody their desires, deepen relationships, and join an intimacy revolution.

FAQs
“Somatic” means body-based. It’s a trauma-informed, body-based approach that supports your path to a more embodied and integrated version of yourself, combining tools from psychology, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and sex education. It’s about discovering what feels safe and learning to express it in your life & relationships. Through breath, body awareness, tailored practices, and open conversation, we uncover limiting patterns, explore desires & boundaries, and cultivate deeper intimacy with ourselves and others, always through embodied experience grounded in curiosity, presence, and safety. So instead of just talking about intimacy, desire, or boundaries — we work with how these things actually feel in your body.
Absolutely. This space is intentionally inclusive and affirming of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship styles. Your individuality is not something to be “understood”, it’s something to be celebrated.
