I’m a Canadian born Indian. As someone who was always super sexual yet comes from a culture in which sex is so taboo, I struggled to find a healthy balance. I struggled a lot with my own relationship with sex. I craved sex but didn’t always know how to handle that desire healthily. I often even felt guilty or wrong for my desires.
