I am a sexual coach, tantric bodywork practitioner, and relationship guide with passion for helping people feel at home in their sexuality.

I’ve worked in the world of sexuality for years: from sex education and research on sexual violence, to activism, to immersing myself deeply in Tantra, BDSM, and holistic bodywork. Today, I combine all of this into a grounded, intuitive, trauma-sensitive practice that supports you in exploring desire, intimacy, pleasure, and connection — without judgment and without awkwardness.

Not at all. Most clients are complete beginners. I and love to be the first one ;) I guide you gently, clearly, and always at your comfort level.

Yes — many clients find that the mix of emotional clarity and embodied experience creates deeper change. We always discuss your comfort level first and move step by step. I am a certified systemic sex counselor and couples coach, working with a trauma-sensitive approach. ( systemic trauma therapy IST Berlin). However, I do not offer psychotherapy or medical treatment. If needed, I can help you find additional support.

For coaching: just yourself. For bodywork: loose, comfortable clothes. You do not need to bring anything unless I tell you otherwise. A shower is available if needed. Come well rested, no coffee before. No eating just before. No sex or solosex the day before.

Yes — all genders, bodies, sexualities, relationship styles, and identities are welcome. Monogamous, poly, queer, straight, kinky, questioning — everyone is safe with me. But I am sorry I do not have a disabled-friendly studio :/

Not necessarily. First and foremost my touch is loving. Touch can be sensual, therapeutic, grounding, erotic, or nurturing depending on what you come for. We discuss your boundaries clearly before we begin.

For couples, the focus is on communication, connection, emotional safety, and sexual dynamics. We work with both of you together — sometimes talking, sometimes doing guided practices or gentle touch exercises.

Coaching sessions are conversation-based. You bring your questions, challenges, or curiosities about sex, intimacy, relationships, kink, or embodiment.
