Systemic Sexual Therapy & Couples Coaching (Trauma-Sensitive)
In my sessions, individuals and couples find a safe and non-judgmental space to talk openly about sexuality, relationships, and intimacy. Topics often surrounded by shame or taboo can be expressed and understood here with care and clarity.
My work combines a systemic and trauma-sensitive approach with a focus on communication, body awareness, and relational dynamics. I bring a feminist and holistic perspective to sexuality, always considering both the personal and the social dimensions of desire and connection.
Experience from Tantra and BDSM informs my understanding of boundaries, trust, power, and pleasure. The goal is to foster safety, understanding, and authentic connection — with oneself and with others.

In this coaching format, partners learn the foundations of tantric touch together. I guide you step by step to give and receive in mindfulness, to listen through your hands, and to explore your intimacy in a new way.
As a couple and sextherapist we have a pretalk before entering the mindful and ritual space.
