Michaela has been obsessed with the language of consent and the depth of human pleasure since her teens. What began as a spark of curiosity has evolved into her life’s work. She entered this field after witnessing too many people (herself included) living in bodies they weren't fully inhabiting.
While she spent years studying the "why" behind human behaviour through a degree in Psychology, Michaela quickly realised that talking about intimacy is not the same as feeling it. This led her to train at the Institute of Somatic Sexology, where she focused on how the nervous system holds onto shame and, more importantly, how it can be retuned for joy.
What She Believes:
If there is one message Michaela advocates for, it is this: You do not have to perform. She works to dismantle the widespread lie that sex is a performance for others or a set of "markers" to achieve. To Michaela, intimacy isn’t a stage play; it’s a homecoming. Her goal is to help clients become present in their own skin rather than watching themselves from the corner of the room.
How She Works
Michaela’s style is a unique blend of gentle and firm. She meets every client with a soft heart and a non-judgmental ear, yet remains firm in protecting their growth and challenging the old stories that no longer serve them.
She practices exactly what she teaches. Finding sensuality in the slow rhythm of dance or the quiet ritual of a warm oil massage, she brings that same grounded, "hell-yes" energy into every experience she creates for her clients.
A Note on Safety
Michaela holds client trust with deep reverence. Because her work is somatic (body-based) and trauma-informed, safety is not just a policy—it is the entire foundation of her practice. She ensures that every session moves at the client’s pace, treating their boundaries as the North Star of their time together. Whether navigating a new curiosity or healing an old wound, clients are safe to show up exactly as they are.
Michaela is a practitioner who fundamentally believes that pleasure is a birthright, and she is here to help her clients find their way back to it.
