I am a certified VITA Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach (I studied under Layla Martin). I am also on the path to become a certified Somatic Experience Practitioner. I'm 48 and in the last 8 years have pivoted my life towards learning, teaching, and coaching around sexuality. For me, being in touch with our sexuality and nurturing a healthy and integrated relationship with it is a cornerstone of emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. My practice is trauma-informed and centres around tantric and somatic practices that help men and women reconnect with their sexuality and, in the process, empower themselves to live fulfilled and authentic lives.
