A conscious, embodied approach to sex, connection, and masculine purpose

The "FreeState Embodied Sexuality & Intimacy Coaching Programme for Men" is for men who feel that sexuality is meant to be more —more conscious, more connected, more alive than what they’ve been taught or have experienced so far.

The Programme consists of 10 bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (+1 free follow up session six months after completion). Using principles from the Layla Martin VITA™ coaching approach, our work integrates body-based awareness, emotional intelligence, nervous-system regulation, and conscious sexuality practices to support men in developing a grounded, confident, and deeply connected relationship with their sexual energy.

This is not about performance, techniques, or “fixing” yourself. It is about remembering who you are as a sexual being —and becoming the man that you always wanted to be through learning how to bring presence, integrity, and depth into intimacy.
