Olesha is a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator,photography educator, and international boudoir photographer. Her purpose in life is to guide Black womxn in their journey of self-love, discovery and pleasure being their birth rite. In 2023 she created and launched The Coterie Credential Program (CCP), a first of its kind certification for photographers. The CCP empowers all photographers in capturing Black women as they are without bias. The modules include information on:anti-Blackness, misogynoir, colorism, Black feminism, hair, make up,intersectionality in body positivity, allyship and ethical considerations for retouching.
