I study sexology at Sexpo in Helsinki - next year I will become a licensed sexological therapist. During my studies I offer sessions at a discounted price - you can see me in person in Helsinki, Tampere or Turku (Finland) or in Berlin (Germany) as well as online. I help clients find their way in topics like: orgasm difficulties, erection challenges, mismatched desires in relationships, relationship transitions (for example opening a relationship), finding and learning about your sexual and gender identity, discovering and understanding fantasies, desires and kinks, and much more. My couch is always available for a sex positive and nonjudgemental meeting!

When I meet a new client, they might already have a clear topic in mind that they want to discuss. If not, we begin exploring together - I usually want to know about their sexual history, their current situation, what is working well and what is not. From there, we can begin to build some goals for our work together.

We study both the biological and physical parts of sexuality (sexual health, functional challenges in genitals, impact of shifts in hormone levels, etc.) as well as the psychological (what is desire, why do people have sex, what emotions might be at play) as well as the social and political aspects of it, including topics like relationship formation and parenting constallations.

I am planning on working more hands-on in the near future - in my counselling sessions, I might use methods such as breath work, and give clients hands-on exercises that they do at home. You can ask me more about hands-on sex coaching in the free trial call.
