My approach to rope work is rooted entirely in artistry and learning to love one's own body. In a society obsessed with perfection and sizes XS or S, shibari breaks all the rules. Distortion becomes beauty. I create harnesses like sculptures, and my models are my sculptures. There is nothing erotic about it, it’s a meditative practice that allows you to see your magnificent body in a new light.
