What was your journey into this world?
Although I had been exploring bodywork, yoga, and mindfulness before, my first official entry into this world was in 2020, when I completed my first Tantra Massage training and began working in a Tantra studio.
It was there that I fell in love with the depth, presence, and transformative potential of this work. Over time, I felt called to create my own business so I could fully share what I wanted to offer the world.
During those early years, I primarily worked with men, focusing on the art of Tantra through sensuality, gentleness, and connection. After four years, I felt a strong inner calling to expand as a practitioner and explore new ways of supporting others.
In 2025, I deepened my study of spiritual Tantra and became certified in Sexological Bodywork, redirecting my focus toward working with women and couples, and teaching embodiment and Tantric principles.
Today, I feel as though I’m at the beginning of a new chapter, bringing together all my experience, knowledge, and intuition, and feeling deeply aligned with my purpose.

What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?
When I wake up, I like to stay in bed a bit longer, remembering and sometimes reflecting on my dreams. I bring awareness to my breath and invite gentle movement into my body, feeling cozy while wrapped in the sheets.
Then I get up and, if I’m at home, make myself a coffee and breakfast. If I’m traveling, I find a cute cafe. I’m a big fan of good-quality coffee, and my order is always a cappuccino with oat milk.
While sipping my coffee, I set intentions for the day and review what I have ahead. By the time I finish, I feel fully ready to begin the day.
Why do you do what you do?
I do this work because I’ve experienced the transformative power of these practices myself. They showed me how to access more pleasure, deepen my connection to myself, feel more alive, and truly listen to my body.
Through this path, I learned how to set clear boundaries, establish consent, release shame, connect with others more authentically, and meet my own shadow parts with compassion.
I love working with connection, gentleness, kindness, and feminine energy. Sharing these qualities with others feels deeply nourishing and meaningful.
Again and again, I’ve seen how pleasure can be a gateway to transformation, and how true happiness is rooted in being connected to our bodies, ourselves, and one another.

What should more people know about your work?
I wish more people knew that this kind of work can be deeply transformative and healing.
For men, I wish there was more awareness that deep pleasure and connection can be found far beyond traditional ideas of penetrative sex. For women, I wish it were more normalized to explore pleasure and desire without shame.
I also wish that working with a Tantra practitioner or somatic intimacy coach was widely seen as a form of self-care, much like working with a therapist.
Overall, I wish there were less stigma around pleasure and intimacy, as they are natural and essential parts of being human. When approached with consent and awareness, they open space for learning and growth.
We love vices. What’s yours?
I’m really good at avoiding tasks I don’t enjoy, like replying to my tax accountant. When it comes to scrolling social media, I have very little self-control.
I also have a very particular taste when it comes to things like interior design, fashion, and food, and sometimes it’s hard for me to hide my feelings when I don’t like something.

What’s your superpower?
My superpower is my ability to connect deeply with others and create a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported.
