Practical Evening Workshop: Vulva & Vagina

In this practical workshop, we provide you with solid foundations on anatomy, pleasure, and how to engage with the vulva and vagina.

The focus lies on the do’s and don’ts of pleasurable play, as well as techniques for stimulation. Alongside theoretical input, you can expect hands-on exercises that help you directly apply what you’ve learned.

What to expect

We combine theory, discussion, and demonstration to give you a holistic understanding. The workshop is designed to be highly practical.

• Hands-on exercises to try things out directly
• Space for questions, exchange, and individual learning

If you’d like to attend the workshop on your own and don’t have a vulva or vagina of your own to practice with, just let us know after you book. We’ll provide practice partners on-site (if you’d like). Couples in which at least one person has a vulva or vagina are welcome to practice with each other.

What to bring

No prior experience is required. Pen and paper are optional, but recommended, as we will cover a lot of information in a short time.
