Saara Rei

Saara Rei is a performance artist, Kinbaku practitioner, and kink educator based in Berlin. With a background in dance, music, and education, and a Ph.D. in mathematics, she brings both creative expression and intellectual rigour to her work. For over a decade she has performed and taught internationally, exploring themes of power, shame, vulnerability, and intentional suffering as pathways to presence and transformation. She co-founded Embodied in Rope, an educational project for rope bottoms, and co-hosts the podcast Model Behaviour, offering nuanced perspectives from the model's side.
