I start with an infusion or water with lemon, followed by breathwork and stretching outdoors that sometimes it naturally turns into dance. It’s my way of waking up the body with joy and energy for the day.
Why do you do what you do?
I do this work because we are here to experience life fully through our bodies and senses. Too often, we become disconnected. I share tools and awareness to bring people back into presence, helping them rediscover pleasure as an essential part of a joyful, expansive life.
