We are a Tantra Institute in Berlin that offers workshops, body-work sessions and coaching around the topics of tantra, embodiment, self-development, intimacy and pleasure.

We have a modern, therapeutic and trauma-informed approach to tantra. We support people in building a stronger relationship with their bodies, their intuition and their inner truth. And then from a place of integrity to step into their relationship with others. Finding pleasure in the experience of being alive and also the intimacy we can share with others.

Our intention is to create a safe space for you to experience all layers of your being, release what does not serve you anymore and open space for more life force to flow through you.

What turns you on?`

Bringing my awareness into my body and feeling everything there is to feel.

What was your journey into this world?

Coming from a very rational and mind-oriented upbringing I felt like something was missing. Even though I could understand many things rationally, I did not have an answer for the big questions.

The questions like: why am I alive? What makes me truly happy and brings me peace? How can I connect more with others?

Connecting to the body and its wisdom was the key to step by step finding answers to these questions and to feel like I really enjoyed being alive. I started with yoga and then moved on to tantra because I wanted to be connected with the people around me, to be at peace with my body, and to have a healthy relationships with myself and others. Tantra was the doorway for that to be a reality in my life.

What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?

Waking up and reflecting/interpreting my dreams, cuddling with my loved one, getting up and drinking tea, preparing by breakfast. On some days exercising on other jumping into work.

Why do you do what you do?

Tantric tools have changed all our lives for the better, bringing more joy, pleasure, connection and inner peace. Sharing these tools with others and making that possible for them makes us jump with joy.

We believe that people who have more access to their inner world and inner peace will create better relationships around them and contribute to a world of understanding and tolerance.

What is an unexpected pleasure you discovered in your work?

Learning that intimacy can happen at any moment with any person, regardless if we have known them for a life-time or one second.

What should more people know about your work?

Tantra is about so much more then sexuality. We love sexual energy but we also love life energy, love, compassion, understanding, acceptance. Creating a space where everything can be so deeply healing will change your life forever.

What’s your superpower?

Making people feel safe so that they can dare to open up and reveal themselves completely.

We love vices. What’s yours?

We are addicted to touch! As long as its consensual we are constantly touching each other.

Who are your sensual inspirations?

Everyone who is unapologetically themselves.

Closing thoughts?

Everybody carries the potential inside to live a blissful life. The tantric path is about clearing anything that keeps you from experiencing your full potential as a human being. This path is as long as your life itself, but one that is full of joy.
