Tell us more about you & what you do as a women’s pleasure coach…

A

Hey! I’m Sheila Shupe.

I am a pleasure coach, and I work with women one on one or in groups to deepen their pleasure in life in order to step into their true power.

This is an embodied modality, and we do a LOT of dance including dance to turn on radiance, dance to move through shadow emotions, and dance to connect with your erotic energy. Then we process, observe, and work in sisterhood to expand.

Isobel Clark

What was your journey to being a women’s pleasure coach?

A

I started meditating in 2021 and got super into some intense meditation/manifestation work in 2022-2024.

Then I found The School of Womanly Arts in 2024 and I just knew in my whole body that this work around sexuality and bringing women into unabashed connection with their sexual selves was my destiny.

What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?

A

Take a Shower, make a cup of my favorite coffee, run my kids to school and take a walk in nature.

Isobel Clark

Why do you do what you do as a women’s pleasure coach?

A

I have always been deeply connected to my own sexuality. My Mom was a sex education teacher, and I appreciated her openness and honesty about sex, but I felt shame around how to express my sexual nature when I became a Mom, and this work has been a process of remembering/ reconnecting with my sexual self.

Isobel Clark

What is an unexpected pleasure you discovered in your work?

A

Dancing!!

I love dancing, but have struggled to ‘fit in’ but now I dance multiple times a day! No formal classes or gyms, just me and my bootie shakin’!

What should more people know about your work as a women’s pleasure coach?

These practices seem simple- dancing, talking, processing, but they have CATAPULTED me into my next level of juice and power.

AND, this power expands into my whole life- I am a better mother because of this work, better at being myself, a better friend, less stressed. . . the biggest thing I want women to know is that this work taps into your sexuality, but that power translates to ANYTHING you desire.

So this isn’t just about having better sex (though that happens too), it’s about reclaiming your self- and this ripples all through your life.

Isobel Clark

What’s your superpower?

A

Two things- I am a super connector, and this is because of my core power- I SEE the light in people. When you are with me you feel held, loved, and accepted in exactly who you are- so when I get a group together and everyone feels free to shine because of my love, then fireworks happen!

Isobel Clark

We love vices. What’s yours?

A

Chocolate cake. Take me anytime!

Isobel Clark

Who are your sensual inspirations?

A

Marguerite Duras, Anais Nin, Maya Angelou, the courtesans in the School of Womanly Arts.

Isobel Clark

Closing thoughts?

A

Because of this work I move through the world in a new way. I am electric, amazing.

In sisterhood anything is possible.
