Tantra, Dance & Shibari Weekend: Dark meets Divine
An embodied journey through polarity, presence, power and devotional surrender.
Step into a sacred temple of transformation, where we invite you to explore the deep currents of polarity through the rich modalities of Tantra, Ecstatic Dance, Shibari, and Psychology. Together, we will breathe life into the sacred tensions that shape our human experience — we explore life’s polarities through embodiment, ritual, vulnerability and intimacy.
Masculine & Feminine
We awaken the primal pulse of polarity — the sacred dance between the Masculine and Feminine. Not as genders, but as archetypal energies that live within each of us. The Masculine — presence, direction, consciousness. The Feminine — flow, feeling, creation. We embody these polarities, letting them meet, clash, and caress within us. We explore how these forces move through our bodies, relationships, and desires.
Light & Dark
We turn tenderly toward our hidden shadow parts — the repressed, the feared, the unseen. Through compassionate shadow work, we invite them into the light. Not to fix or change, but to own them. As we soften our resistance, the heart begins to crack open. And through those cracks, the light pours in — not in spite of our darkness, but because of it. The dark is not something to fear, but a fertile ground for transformation.
Leadership & Surrender
We play at the edge between holding and letting go — when to lead, and when to yield. Through dance, Shibari, rituals of dominance and surrender, we explore the subtle art of relational attunement. Leadership is not domination, but a grounded offering. Surrender is not collapse, but a courageous trust.
Power & Devotion
True power is not control — it is presence. Devotion is not submission — it is love embodied. Through the threads of Tantra and the deep vulnerability of Shibari, we touch the exquisite place where power opens into heart, and where devotion becomes an act of radical strength. In this space, we reclaim both — not as roles to perform, but as sacred states of being.
Life & Death
To truly live, something must die. In this sacred space, we honor the necessary endings — the identities, beliefs, and habits that no longer serve our path. Death is not the end, but the doorway to rebirth. When we allow what is no longer aligned to dissolve, we create space to step fully onto the path of our soul — alive, clear, and free.
Inner Union
As the weekend unfolds, the many dances converge. Masculine and Feminine, Light and Dark, Psyche and Soul — no longer separate forces, but facets of one wholeness that exists within us. No longer chasing, no longer resisting — just being. Here, we remember what we have always been: complete, connected, and profoundly alive.

Led by an attuned, powerful, and experienced facilitation team with Johanna Koeb (founder of Ecstatic Dance Zurich) & Bina Taverna (tantra & shibari guide), we will establish a trauma-informed foundation of consent, care and self-responsibility to go on a deep journey that weaves together conscious dance, tantra, shadow-work and ritual & ceremony.
We are coming to let go of our masks and to explore the vulnerable, messy, sweaty, beauty of our bodies, hearts, & souls.
You will depart this experience connected to a wonderful community of humans, and feeling fully alive, on fire, and ready to bring new ways of being, connecting, and creating into the rest of your life.

Through dance, I believe everyone can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By engaging our senses and listening to our bodies, we connect to others and shape a consciousness that extends beyond our own.
Bina Taverna is a Shibari & Tantra facilitator with experience since nearly a decade. She has a diverse background in bodywork, sexological bodywork, coaching, kundalini, BDSM, breathwork, polarity integration, dance and movement practices. She creates spaces that invite exquisite presence for transformational work. She dances between the polarities of the light and the dark and the ecstasy of diving into the mysteries.
Her offerings provide space for emotional expression, self-love and personal growth, transforming blockages and finding inner power and purpose. Her trauma-sensitive approach creates the safety for vulnerability unfold to explore the depths of our being in a more raw and intimate way.
