Copyright and Illegal Content Policy (DMCA & DSA)
Last updated: October 2026
1. About this policy
Sensuali is operated by DigitalMatching International Limited, Alekou Konstantinou 56, Strovolos, 2024 Nicosia, Cyprus.
This policy explains how to report copyright infringement, other illegal content and breaches of our Terms or Community Guidelines, and how to ask us to review a decision. It includes procedures under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
You do not need a Sensuali account to submit a report.
2. Contact us
For illegal-content reports, moderation questions and other DSA matters, email contact@sensuali.com. This is also our electronic contact point for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. Communications may be submitted in English.
You can communicate with our team without relying solely on automated tools.
For formal DMCA notices and counter-notices, use the copyright agent details in section 5.
3. Reporting illegal content or rule breaches
Anyone may report content or listings they believe are unlawful or breach our rules. Examples include fraud, threats, exploitation, unlawful disclosure of private information, images shared without consent and intellectual property infringement.
Email contact@sensuali.com and include:
- The exact page URL and any additional details needed to locate the content.
- A sufficiently clear explanation of why you believe it is unlawful or breaches our rules, with relevant supporting information. Identify the relevant country or law if known.
- Your name and email address.
- A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations in your report are accurate and complete.
Your name and email address are not required for reports concerning offences involving sexual abuse or exploitation of children covered by Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.
Do not download or forward suspected illegal images of children. Provide the URL and a description instead.
You do not need to own the copyright to report a privacy violation or an image shared without consent. Formal DMCA copyright notices have separate requirements, described below.
4. Assessment and content decisions
Where you provide electronic contact details, we acknowledge receipt without undue delay. We assess reports in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner, taking account of applicable law and the rights and legitimate interests of everyone involved.
We may request further information. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, restrict its visibility, restrict payments, suspend or terminate an account, or decide that no action is justified. A report does not automatically result in removal.
We inform reporters of our decision and available redress without undue delay. Where automated means are used to process a report or reach a decision, we disclose this in that notification.
Where required by law, affected users receive a clear explanation no later than when a restriction is imposed. This explains:
- The action taken, including its geographical scope and duration where relevant.
- The facts and circumstances supporting the decision.
- The applicable legal grounds or provisions of our Terms or Community Guidelines.
- Any use of automated detection or decision-making.
- Available ways to challenge the decision.
We disclose a reporter’s identity only where strictly necessary or otherwise legally required.
5. DMCA copyright notices
Copyright owners and their authorised representatives may send a formal notice to our designated copyright agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list where several works on the site are involved.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it, preferably its exact URL.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Designated copyright agent
Cypra DMCA LLC
280 Madison Avenue, 9th Floor, 27W
New York, NY 10016, United States
Email: support@cypradmca.com
US Copyright Office designation number: DMCA-1082199
The agent receives DMCA notices and counter-notices only and does not accept other legal process unless expressly agreed.
We act expeditiously to remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice and promptly notify the user who posted it. Where an incomplete notice sufficiently identifies the work, material and reporter’s contact details, we take reasonable steps to help complete it.
6. DMCA counter-notices
If your material was removed under the DMCA procedure because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the US Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where Sensuali may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
We promptly forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and tell them that we will restore the material in 10 business days.
We restore access no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless our agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
Material may remain restricted on a separate legal or contractual ground, which we explain where required. A general review request does not replace a DMCA counter-notice.
7. Moderation and review
Our Terms and Community Guidelines set out the content and conduct permitted on Sensuali. We may act following reports or our own detection of potential breaches.
Our team reviews content and reports against our Terms and Community Guidelines. Content moderation is an automated decision-making system with human review. You can request a review by emailing contact@sensuali.com.
We apply restrictions diligently, objectively and proportionately, considering the seriousness and circumstances of a breach and the rights of those affected, including freedom of expression.
If you disagree with a decision, email contact@sensuali.com, identifying the decision and explaining why you believe it is incorrect. You may request a review free of charge. We consider relevant additional information, communicate the outcome and correct decisions where warranted.
This review process does not limit any right to seek a remedy in court. EU users may also complain about an alleged DSA infringement to the Digital Services Coordinator in the Member State where they are located or established.
We notify users of significant changes to our content restrictions and moderation procedures.
8. Repeat infringement and misuse
We maintain and reasonably implement a policy of terminating repeat copyright infringers’ accounts in appropriate circumstances.
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, costs and legal fees under US law.
Disagreement with a decision, or an unsuccessful report made in good faith, does not by itself constitute misuse.
9. Cooperation with authorities
We respond to valid orders concerning illegal content or requests for user information in accordance with applicable law.
Where information gives rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to someone’s life or safety has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we promptly inform the relevant law-enforcement or judicial authorities as required by the DSA.
10. Privacy
We process reports, counter-notices and supporting information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We share information where necessary to handle a report, protect rights or meet legal obligations. A valid DMCA counter-notice, including its identifying details, is forwarded to the original complainant. Relevant information from a copyright notice may also be shared with the affected user.
Please provide only information relevant to your report.
