Completely - it's one of the most reliable desire-killers there is. A stressed body is set to survive, not to open up; that's biology doing its job. Chronic stress also steals the ingredients desire needs: sleep, headspace, feeling playful. The way back isn't forcing interest in sex, it's lowering the load and letting your nervous system stand down - rest, movement, boundaries, help. If desire vanished suddenly or nothing improves, see your doctor; it's a real health question and worth an honest conversation.
