How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Passionate, multi-dimensional, curious
Tell us more about yourself and what you do…
I’m Sabi – a self-love coach, feminine embodiment guide and leadership mentor.
I support women to feel worthy, to connect to their body and feminine power, and step into their radiance in their lives, relationships, businesses and beyond.
It’s hard to pick one job title because just like me, my work is so multi-dimensional. Really, I work as a holistic life coach – I believe that all of life is connected and we feel our most fulfilled when we heal and transform our life as a whole.
So I’m experienced and trained in supporting my clients in many ways: I’m a certified transformational coach, a certified love, sex & relationships coach, a business & leadership mentor, public speaker, somatic facilitator, meditation guide, yoga, dance & embodied movement teacher, creator of the Release Your Radiance podcast and creator of the Sensual Flow™ movement modality. I love to weave together a range of modalities to bring an integrated, holistic approach to self-love, empowerment and leadership.
At the end of the day, whatever I’m supporting my clients with, it always comes back to building an unshakeable relationship with yourself. Self-love is at the centre of it all.
Through 1:1 coaching and workshops I support people to love themselves more deeply and embody their most radiant life!
I’m a London native, a curiosity follower, a world traveller, and an Aquarius that likes to shake up the status quo. I’m all about breaking out of the box that society tries to put us in, and creating our own rules for living.
I’m also a proud multi-passionate, and outside of my coaching and facilitation work you can find me DJing, pole dancing, skating, or learning something new 🙂
I’m a big believer in doing more than one thing – it keeps your fire lit and your passion alive!

What turns you on?
Dancing. Music. Nature. Sunsets. People that are passionate, ambitious, and creative. Deep conversations about life. Vulnerability. Honesty.
What was your journey into this world?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been exploring my place in this world.
Having always been a multi-passionate person with lots of interests, I tried many things on my journey to finding what lights me up.
I decided a long time ago to let go of the societal story that says you should ‘find one thing you’re good at and stick to it’, and instead went on a colourful journey of following my curiosity.
I knew that I had something to give the world and a message to share with people, I just wasn’t sure what that was.
I wanted to find out, and so I explored all the different sides of me.
My creative side fell in love with dance as a child, and later explored the professional dance world, trained to be a dance teacher and performed and taught all over London.
My academic side studied economics at university, and had a brief stint working in management consulting for one of the big 4 professional services firms.
The part of me that wanted to help others and give back trained to be a primary school teacher and taught in London schools.
The entrepreneurial side wanted to use my creative passion and set up a dance events company, providing services for events and parties all over the UK.
That was all before the age of 27/28. I rejected the idea that I had to choose one thing and stick to it and decided to live a life a little out of the box.
I was pretty bold in my free spirited multi-dimensional career exploration. But thennn I had a massive relationship break up which was the catalyst for my healing, spiritual and sexuality journey.
I realised I’d been so focused on exploring the external career stuff and not focused enough on exploring my inner landscape.
After a deep healing journey of my own, I ended up training in many modalities (from yoga and meditation to transformational coaching, sex & relationships coaching, tantra, somatics, embodiment work, and more) and my coaching business was born.
I feel pretty grateful that I’ve been able to combine my love for healing and self development work, with my love for multi-passionate creative living.

What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?
Phone on flight mode when I wake up. A short meditation (wish I made time for 20 minutes each morning but ya know – 5 mins is better than none).
Journalling where each morning I write out what I’m celebrating/grateful for, what I’m releasing/letting go of, and any desires/intentions for the day ahead.
A good cup of English breakfast tea somewhere in there.
Feels real good to have this time for myself to reset before I go into the world!

Why do you do what you do?
There’s no greater feeling than witnessing people finally learn to love who they are!
I know if more people felt true self-love, the world would be a completely different place.

What is an unexpected pleasure you discovered in your work?
The flow state I experience when I’m guiding a client session, leading a meditation, facilitating a workshop or teaching a yoga/movement session.
The outside noise goes quiet and I’m able to drop in, be totally present and intuitive, and be led by something beyond me. It’s a magical feeling.
Facilitating, teaching and holding space is my dharma – I know that because of how I feel while I’m doing it.
What should more people know about your work?
Self-love isn’t about massages and bubble baths.
It’s the deep inner work that connects you to who you truly are. And when you return home to this, everything in your life transforms.
You have better relationships because you know who you are and what you want. You have better sex because you know your body, your honour your desires, and you’re not afraid to use your voice and express your needs. You have more career success because you finally understand your unique gifts and what you’re here to do in the world. You feel more confident in your body because you treat it with the love and care it deserves.
You stop second guessing yourself because you deeply trust your path.
Essentially, you finally feel like the you you’re here to be.

What’s your superpower?
My multi-dimensionality. I have a deep curiosity for life and I love learning new things!
Life can never get boring when there are infinite things to learn, and infinite ways to evolve and grow.
I don’t know what I’ll be doing ‘next’. And that’s kinda exciting.
What does being embodied mean to you, in a practical sense?
Staying connected to the wisdom of my body – whatever that may mean in each moment. Sometimes it means noticing the sensations moving through my body and what they’re trying to tell me. Sometimes it means honouring my yes and my no. Sometimes it means checking in with my heart, my intuition and my inner truth – and following that even if the outside world may tell me to move differently.
Moving through the world from a deeper inner, embodied knowing that comes from experience rather than theory or your rational mind is extremely liberating.

What do you wish more women knew about feminine power?
It’s not just the sexy, the sensual, the soft, the pleasure, the creativity, the intuition, the flow…
It’s also the wild, the strong, the pain, the fire.
The feminine is multi-faceted, diverse and FULL.
Life feels more radiant and alive when you embrace all parts of your feminine power.
How do you stay grounded when your work requires you to be so open?
I make sure I take time for my own spiritual and creative practices.
Space for me to breathe, meditate, dance, move and create are non-negotiable as a guide of this work.
They help ground me AND they continue to remind me of how transformative the work can be.
Who are your sensual inspirations?
Any talented dancer, mover, or musician.
Sensuality for me is about bringing all the senses online and feeling fully alive in your body.
Movement and music is what helps me feel this the most, so I love to feel inspired by anyone that has a deep connection to their body or makes beautiful music.

Closing thoughts? Anything else to add?
Being you fully is the greatest gift you can offer the world while you’re here 🙂
