I’m a multi-dimensional woman and liberation guide: a social worker, erotic mystic, silly goose and former exotic dancer who is committed to helping women move from trauma imprint to truthful embodiment. I am devoted to weaving people back home to a direct knowing, and contact with spirit through the body. I do this through earth-based practice, ancient gnostic wisdom and a weaving of consciousness back to the earth, where we learn to use our life force for a more VITAL and juicy experience of life and our place in it.

My work lives at the intersection of vitality, elemental wisdom, somatic practice, and shadow alchemy. I’m informed by the wisdom of ascended masters across traditions, gnostic teachings, and a pan-Indigenous perspective, shaped by my immersion on the lands that hold me—the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations and by my own ancestry and lineage.

My path has been shaped through deep descent into the underworld, the dark underbelly of society, and finding coherence with those parts within myself. My work is a direct result of having walked through the same pathways that many others struggle with; insecurity, profound core wounds and learning to weave with them for more LIFE.

Through intimate partner violence, losing myself in addiction, running from my self, years of dissociation, and survival, I came to understand a universal law: nothing transforms unless we meet the energy at the root and connect it to the only thing that can truly hold it—embodied awareness and a felt relationship to source.

What we avoid, suppress, or attempt to transcend continues to shape our lives from beneath the surface. When we come into direct relationship with our suffering and allow life to hold it, we step back into right relationship with the elemental force of life itself and the spiral of its unfolding.
Through my work as an exotic dancer alongside my education as a social worker, this truth became fully embodied. Erotic presence, nervous system regulation, and meeting shame directly stripped illusion from my psyche and returned me to my body as a site of truth, power, and spiritual contact. Erotic life force, met with presence, integrity, and awareness, becomes a bridge back to vitality, sovereignty, and deep empowerment.

I draw from ancestral earth-based practices woven with the wisdom of the ascended masters so people can remember their divinity as a living lineage of love and remembrance. My work is rooted in a whole-soul approach where body and spirit reunite, and eros becomes a gateway to truth and awareness.

Through sessions, workshops, and conversations, I support people in restoring contact with their sensual intelligence, the duality of life, and humour and the spirit moving through them—reclaiming erotic expression without shame and remembering the body as a living vessel of consciousness and ultimately, of love.
