I‘m a Certified VITA Love, Sex & Relationship Coach with a tantric approach for women who feel overwhelmed & numb. I hold space for slowness, rest & pleasure awakenings so that women can feel safe, free, alive and most of all at home in their bodies again.

I offer 1:1 Coaching, Workshops & Ceremonies.

With tools like movement, focus, breathwork, visualization, sound, radical truth speaking & pleasure practices I guide you with humor, softness & a touch of rebellion ;)

Pleasure activism, rest as resistance, female empowerment, pleasure-based living, self-care, wellness, radical self-acceptance
