Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Sensuali (www.sensuali.com) is operated by DigitalMatching International Limited, Alekou Konstantinou 56, Strovolos, 2024 Nicosia, Cyprus. Sensuali is an online marketplace where adults discover and book sensual and wellbeing experiences offered by independent practitioners.
We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in any form: on our platform, in our partnerships or among the people and companies we work with. We are not required by law to publish this statement; we publish it voluntarily, in the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, to explain the steps we take and how to report a concern.
1. Our commitment
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which deprive a person of their liberty in order to exploit them. We are committed to acting with integrity in everything we do and to keeping Sensuali a place where every practitioner chooses freely to offer their work.
2. What we do on the platform
- Every practitioner is verified. Before a practitioner profile goes live, the practitioner must pass an age and identity check with our verification provider, so we know they are an adult and who they are.
- Every profile and offering is reviewed. Our moderation team reviews practitioner profiles and the experiences they offer before they are published, and again when they change.
- Our rules ban exploitation. Our Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines prohibit advertising illegal services, including full-service sex work and escort services, and require the consent of anyone shown in content.
- Practitioners manage their own work. Profiles are created and run by the practitioners themselves. Accounts that appear to be controlled by a third party are investigated.
- Anyone can report. Every profile has a report button, and concerns can be emailed to us at any time (see section 5).
- We act on what we find. Where we suspect exploitation or trafficking, we remove the content, close the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
3. Our business and the companies we work with
Sensuali is a small team of skilled professionals. We work with a limited number of technology suppliers, for example for hosting, identity verification, payments and email. We expect them to share our standards, and we would end a relationship with any supplier found to be involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.
4. Our team
Everyone who works on Sensuali, including moderators, knows this policy and how to escalate a concern.
5. How to report a concern
If you suspect modern slavery, human trafficking or any form of exploitation connected to Sensuali, use the report button on the profile or email compliance@sensuali.com. We treat every report seriously and confidentially. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
6. Responsibility and review
This statement is approved by Paris Mavronichis, Director of DigitalMatching International Limited. We review it every year and update it as our platform and our measures change.
