What does it mean to embody dominance without becoming someone you're not?

Many women are taught to care, accommodate and soften — but rarely to lead, command or take up space. FemDom offers an opportunity to explore that relationship with power from a different perspective.

In this introductory workshop, we explore female dominance beyond the clichés of the cold, commanding Domme. Through somatic exercises, guided reflection, communication practices and playful experiential work, we will explore how authority feels in the body, what makes it difficult to claim, and how consent, presence and trust can become tools for conscious power exchange.

We'll also look beyond the stereotypes of the "cold, commanding Domme" and explore different ways of expressing dominance — from soft and nurturing to playful, ritualistic, firm and unapologetic.

The core is a 45min life session, where you can observe and indulge. There will be enough time for an open Q&A and space for a collective discussion.

No penetration - no genital nudity.

This is for female bodies (afab & trans) and their partners (all genders).

Come curious. You don't need to have any BDSM experience.

We'll work with body language, voice, presence, communication, consent, authority and power dynamics, alongside somatic and playful exercises. There will also be space for reflection and discussion.
