Michaela guides individuals and couples toward a clearer, more present relationship with intimacy and connection. While completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, she realised that understanding human behaviour intellectually is only one piece of the puzzle, because talking about connection to yourself and others is very different from actually experiencing it. This led her to complete a Certificate in Somatic Sex Coaching through the Institute of Somatic Sexology. As a certified practitioner and registered member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia, Michaela uses a straightforward framework built on five simple, everyday tools: breath, awareness, touch, sound, and movement. What to Expect Sessions are collaborative, down-to-earth, and entirely self-paced. Instead of focusing on goals, performance, or specific expectations, the work centers on helping you feel comfortable and present in your own skin. Together, we explore how to let go of old habits or stories that no longer serve your connections, creating a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore at a pace that feels right for you. A Note on Practice Boundaries To maintain a safe, focused, and professional environment, all coaching sessions are strictly fully clothed. While the work explores intimacy and somatic connection, it does not involve explicit or erotic touch, allowing you to focus entirely on building a comfortable connection with your own body.
