Kia ora, I'm Mandy Rose, a Somatic Sexologist and Tantric Massage Practitioner based in Auckland, New Zealand.

I help people reconnect with their erotic wisdom, build confidence in their desires, and explore their sexuality through science-backed, body-led, nervous-system-safe tools.

I write about pleasure, shame, and what actually happens in the body during sex, giving you the real sex education you never got.

I specialise in men's sexuality, helping them move past anxiety and pressure so they can experience sex as present, connected, and satisfying for themselves and their partners.

My qualifications

I've spent a decade working in the most intimate area of human experience, sexuality, pleasure, and the body.

As a certified Sexological Bodyworker, I've guided clients through sexual shame, performance anxiety, disconnection from pleasure and the journey back to erotic confidence through thousands of hours of hands-on practice.

The most profound transformation happens not in the mind but in the body, in real time, breath by breath. I've spent holding space for the most vulnerable, tender parts of human sexuality with complete safety and zero judgement.

My work is trauma-informed, science-backed and grounded in consent. But above all it's deeply real.
