I’m a therapist and coach specialising in relationships, sex and the parts of ourselves we often keep hidden. My work, Masks Off, has been featured in The Times, Cosmopolitan and Women’s Health.
I work with all relationship styles, including monogamy, and have a particular interest in gender, sexuality and relationships that don’t fit neatly into a box. From affairs, secrets and double lives to dating, desire, empowerment and repeating relationship patterns, we get curious about why you choose who you choose, why you show up the way you do, and what you actually want.

Education and training
I have various qualifications including a masters level 7 in psychotherapeutic Counsiling and extensive courses in open and Polly relationships as well as traditional trauma informed therapy.
