Somatic Rope & Bodywork Session
Perhaps you spend a lot of your life in your head.
You know how to keep going. You think, organise, care, perform, make decisions and hold things together. But perhaps your body is asking for something different: more space, more attention, more time to simply feel.
These one-to-one sessions bring together somatic bodywork, mindful touch, movement, breath and Shibari. Rather than a classic rope session the rope becomes one part of a wider, body-led exploration.
We begin with what is present for you. Perhaps you're feeling disconnected from your body. Perhaps you're carrying stress or tension. Perhaps you want to feel more confident, more grounded, more alive. Or perhaps you're simply curious about what can happen when someone creates a space for you to slow down and listen.
Through somatic touch, bodywork, movement, breath and rope, we follow sensation and responset. The work is shaped around you, your intentions, your boundaries and what emerges in the moment.
There is nothing you need to achieve.
Nothing you need to perform.
No particular way you are supposed to feel.
Just an invitation to notice.
To notice your breath.
Your weight.
Tension and release.
The impulse to move or become still.
The places that open and the places that ask for a little more care.
Rope may enter the session as a way of bringing attention to the body: offering containment, sensation, support, restriction or simply something to respond to.
