I’m Mare Simone, an Advanced Certified Tantra Educator, Sacred Intimacy Guide, Love and Intimacy Coach, and offer Sex Surrogate Partner Therapy.
For more than three decades, I have devoted myself to exploring the meeting place between sexuality, spirituality, healing, love, consciousness, and the extraordinary intelligence of the human body.
This is not simply work that I learned. It is a path I have lived.
My journey into Tantra began with a fascination that has never left me: What becomes possible when we stop treating sexuality as something separate from who we are?
What if pleasure is not merely something we experience for a few minutes, but a doorway into presence, vitality, creativity, self-knowledge, love, and spiritual awakening?
My own experiences taught me that pleasure can become meditation. Breath can become prayer. Massage as music. Sensuality can become a way of coming home to ourselves.
That awakening changed the direction of my life.
Over the years, I studied traditional Tantra Kriya Yoga and continued through extensive training, apprenticeship, personal exploration, teaching, and thousands of hours spent listening to what people truly long for beneath the surface of their sexual concerns.
Very often, what appears to be “about sex” is actually about something much deeper.
It may be about longing to feel loved.
Longing to be able to relax. Longing to trust again.
Longing to feel at home inside your body.
Longing to stop performing and finally experience intimacy.
Longing to know what pleasure feels like without pressure.
Longing to feel emotionally connected to another human being.
Or simply wondering, “Is there more than this?”
I believe there is.
I work privately with women, men, individuals, and couples who sense that another level of intimacy, embodiment, or aliveness is possible for them.
Some people come to me because intimacy has become routine, disconnected, confusing, or difficult. Some have spent years trying to “fix” themselves. Others are navigating performance anxiety, difficulty surrendering, numbness, shame, fear, old emotional wounds, changes in desire, or a body that no longer responds the way it once did.
Others are not struggling at all. They are explorers.
They have experienced enough to realize how much more there may be to discover.
They are curious about Tantra, conscious sexuality, energy, expanded pleasure, intimacy, and what happens when sexuality is approached as an art rather than a performance.
Those people often feel very much at home with me.
My approach is trauma-informed, deeply personal, confidential and grounded in creating a safe and sacred space where you are welcome, as you are.
There is no performance required here. There is no ideal body. And you're never too old to awaken.
One of the deepest principles underlying my work is that the body has its own intelligence. When we slow down enough to listen, it begins communicating with us in sensation, breath, emotion, movement, tension, opening, contraction, desire, pleasure, and intuition.
My role is to help you become fluent in your own body language.
To enhance the way you experience arousal, pleasure, connection, confidence, and presence.
We learn to slow down.
To notice rather than perform.
To breathe rather than brace.
To flow instead of disconnect.
To express instead of suppress.
And eventually, something quite beautiful can happen.
The body begins to trust itself again.
For Men, my work often centers around another kind of liberation.
Many men have been taught to experience sexuality as performance: get aroused, stay aroused, last long enough, satisfy the partner, and somehow remain relaxed through all of it.
That is an enormous amount of pressure to bring into something that is meant to feel intimate and pleasurable.
I teach men how to slow down, breathe, feel, receive, regulate arousal, become more aware of their sexual energy, and expand their definition of pleasure beyond a race toward an ending.
The goal is not simply “lasting longer.”
It is becoming more present.
More sensitive. More confident.
More capable of experiencing and sharing pleasure without feeling controlled by performance.
For Women, my work often becomes a return.
A return to sensation. A return to receiving. A return to trust.
A return to the feminine body without measuring it against youth, size, shape, perfection, or someone else’s idea of what a sensual woman is supposed to look like.
I have a particular love for working with women entering what I think of as a deeper flowering of womanhood.
There comes a time when a woman can stop allowing culture to tell her what is beautiful, desirable, feminine, or sexually appropriate for her age.
She begins living by her own standards of what is sacred.
This is something I call Reflowering.
It is not an attempt to become the woman you once were.
It is becoming the woman you could not have been before now.
A woman with experience.
Discernment. Depth. Self-respect. Sensual wisdom.
And perhaps, at last, permission to belong completely to herself.
I believe your body can bloom again.
Sometimes more beautifully because you are no longer trying so hard to make it bloom.
For Couples, the work can become a beautiful rediscovery.
People often love one another deeply while gradually losing touch with how to be lovers.
Life becomes schedules, responsibilities, children, work, health concerns, resentment, repetition, and exhaustion.
The erotic relationship quietly disappears underneath everything else.
I help couples slow down and become curious about one another again.
Sometimes intimacy needs less effort and more attention.
Less goal and more discovery.
A relationship can change when two people begin meeting each other as lovers again rather than merely functioning as partners.
I offer private Tantra and sacred intimacy experiences, personalized coaching and mentoring, virtual and in-person sessions, individual and couples work, embodiment practices, guided rituals, workshops, and longer transformational journeys.
Packages can be customized around your intentions, the areas you most want to explore, the depth of the journey, the amount of time we spend together, and an investment range that feels realistic for you.
I’m currently based in Los Angeles, where I see private clients, and I’m also open to the possibility of a rendezvous or destination experience once we have taken time to know one another and it feels genuinely right for both of us.
For those coming from out of town, there may also be an opportunity, by prior arrangement, to stay for a night or two in my private healing room.
Accommodation is separate from the boundaries and structure of our professional work, and everything is discussed clearly beforehand.
And then there is the part of me that you probably won’t find on a typical professional biography.
I love the earth.
Put me in a thriving garden and I am happy.
I love growing things, watching something emerge from almost nothing, and learning the rhythm of seasons.
I am also a passionate cook and an even better chef than gardener. Good-quality organic food is another form of sensuality for me.
So if we work together long enough, there is a very good chance I will cook something yummy for you.
I believe nourishment belongs in a life devoted to pleasure.
Increasingly, I also feel a strong calling toward either creating or joining a conscious Tantra community where intimacy, spirituality, creativity, friendship, nourishment, nature, meaningful work, and living close to Mother Earth can coexist.
I am interested in people who want to live awake. People who understand that sacred and sensual do not have to be opposites.
I am a natural deep diver.
I want to know what happens when you slow down enough to actually feel?
What changes when the nervous system recognizes that it does not have to protect itself?
What lies underneath the shame, the story, or the performance?
What does your body know that your mind has not yet discovered?
What could pleasure be like if you're not judging yourself?
Who might you become if you trust your own desire?
Those are the questions that fascinate me.
And after all these years, I am still fascinated.
That may be one of the most important things to know about me.
I remain ever in awe of the powers of pleasure.
I am continually amazed by how much intelligence lives inside the body and how much intelligence lives underneath what people initially see as a “sexual problem.”
Sacred does not mean serious all the time. To me, sacred means honoring what is present.
My work is not casual sexual entertainment, and it is not simply about learning a collection of techniques. It is an invitation into embodiment, exploration, honesty, connection, healing, discovery, and a more intimate relationship with your own life force.
Sometimes our work may be gentle and restorative. Sometimes playful and sensual.
Sometimes educational and practical. Sometimes emotionally profound.
Sometimes deeply spiritual. Often it is a mixture of all of these.
We begin where you are.
We discover together what wants to happen next.
And we respect the intelligence of the unfolding.
If something in these words speaks to a part of you that has been waiting, wondering, longing, or quietly curious, I invite you to reach out.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of session or journey you need.
You can simply tell me where you are, what you are curious about, what you have been longing for, or what you wish were different.
From there, we can have a real conversation.
We can explore what might serve you, what boundaries and intentions are important, and whether I am the right person to accompany you.
If you are looking for depth, that's where I feel most at home.
Curiosity is enough to begin.
When you are ready for the deeper dive, that is often where the most beautiful discoveries are.
