I became a certified sex coach after my own midlife sexual reawakening made me realize how little many of us were taught about our bodies and desires. Since entering menopause, my sex life has, much to my surprise, steadily improved. I'm having the best sex of my life in my fifties. I became passionate about understanding, reclaiming, and fully experiencing my own sexuality, and just as passionate about helping others do the same. One of my greatest personal successes is my 21-year marriage, which has navigated ethical non-monogamy, age-related body changes, desire discrepancies, periods of sexlessness, shame, inhibition, and many of the challenges that arise in long-term partnerships. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of human sexuality and the ways our desires, bodies, and relationships evolve over time. I bring that perspective to my coaching, helping individuals and couples explore their sexuality with curiosity, honesty, and without shame.
