I’m Nikki, a COSRT-registered sex and relationship therapist and educator based in Brighton, working in person and online across the UK. I support individuals and couples with what feels hardest to say out loud: mismatched desire, painful sex, erectile difficulties, shame, identity, and opening up relationships. My approach is sex-positive, pleasure focused and trauma-informed, shaped by queer and intersectional feminist thinking. I’m direct, warm, and occasionally funny about things nobody’s supposed to laugh about. Much of my work focuses on midlife desire and intimacy. Sessions are goal-focused talking therapy, at your pace. You deserve a sex life that feels like you.
