Hello, I’m Alexandra, the founder of Tantric Journey Brighton.
I’m a qualified holistic therapist, Tantric-Tao bodyworker, shamanic practitioner and advanced Tantric Journey educator, working from my private studio in central Brighton.
My work is rooted in the understanding that our bodies hold so much more than physical tension. Through conscious touch, breath, movement and emotional awareness, I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, exploring their sensuality and creating space for deeper emotional release.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where you are invited to slow down, become curious about your body and explore what may be ready to shift.
My approach draws upon tantric and Taoist traditions, Kundalini bodywork, somatic practices and trauma-informed care. Every journey is individual, and I work at a pace that respects your boundaries, intentions and capacity.
I welcome individuals and couples, whether you’re new to tantric bodywork or looking to deepen your relationship with yourself, intimacy and pleasure.
For me, this work is about much more than massage. It’s about connection, embodiment, self-awareness and discovering a deeper relationship with your own body.
