This is not a workshop to force anyone into giving up something you’re not ready for, this is just an initial chat for those who are interested and want to learn more. Even if you come back from this workshop and don’t give up anything, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed. The fact that you thought about turning up is huge and more than enough.
