Hi, my name is Thalia Hel I am a Latvia & Estonia-based sexuality and kink educator, professional Dominatrix, and somatic practitioner with seven years of active practice across the Baltic region and Europe.

My work lives at the intersection of BDSM education, nervous system awareness, consent culture, and embodied practice. I create spaces - whether for a workshop of thirty or a session of one - where people can be genuinely curious, genuinely honest, and genuinely themselves.

I run as Mother Superior my temple - Kultus.Club Tallinn, a private BDSM education and play venue, and have founded Sonatalicious Inc, designing sensory play products and building kinky artisan networks across the Baltics.
