Erotic Flow is a full-day immersive workshop held at Atelier ÆØS on February 28, dedicated to the art of moving with and through another body in ways that cultivate trust, playfulness, and heightened perception. The practice draws inspiration from dance, yoga, touch, and martial arts, each contributing wisdom about rhythm, awareness, and energetic exchange.

Rather than fixed choreography, the focus lies on felt experience: how breath, weight-sharing, timing, and subtle shifts in attention awaken erotic energy. Movement becomes a conversation—sensual, responsive, and deeply connective.

What You Will Explore & Learn

• Body-handling mechanics and efficient, embodied ways of moving another person
• How to guide someone through space with clarity, confidence, and erotic presence
• The somatic foundations of intimacy, including nervous system attunement, oxytocin release, and muscular engagement
