I’m a transformational coach, bodyworker, massage therapist, and shibari practitioner, now based in Berlin. I support individuals and couples of all genders, with a special focus on women and female bodies, in reconnecting with their bodies, exploring intimacy, healing shame or disconnection, and creating more trust, pleasure, confidence, and aliveness.

My work is slow, respectful, consent-based, and deeply adapted to each person. I combine coaching, tantric massage, Ayurvedic massage, Thai massage, relaxing massage, conscious touch, cuddling practices, shibari, body awareness, meditation, breathwork, nonviolent communication, consent work, tantra, attachment awareness, and health coaching.

A core message of my work is: you are not broken. You are not the problem. Maybe it simply wasn’t safe enough, slow enough, or loving enough before. Your body is beautiful, functional, and worthy of care.

Before this path, I worked for many years as an engineer. Today, I’m also a dancer, acro / partner acro practitioner, nature lover, music lover, and deeply passionate about the balance between body, mind, emotions, sensuality, and everyday life.

I discovered shibari seven years ago through a relationship that changed my life. At first, I wasn’t sure what to make of it, but over time I experienced how powerful, beautiful, and healing it can be when practiced with presence, trust, communication, boundaries, and care.

I believe that combining somatic practices with coaching is not only deeply helpful, but essential. Real transformation happens not only through understanding, but also through the body: through safety, presence, touch, breath, movement, and felt experience.

I have offered my work internationally and privately for the last years. Now in Berlin, I’m excited to connect with people who want to explore intimacy, sensuality, embodiment, and self-connection in a safe, conscious, and joyful way.
