This is a private conversation for women who feel disconnected from their body, desire, relationship, or sense of aliveness.

Perhaps you've been focused on caring for everyone else, achieving, performing, or simply getting through the demands of life, and you've noticed that somewhere along the way, you've lost touch with yourself.

During our call, we'll explore what feels most important for you right now, what you've already tried, and what may be keeping you stuck.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and discover whether somatic intimacy coaching feels like the right next step.

There is no obligation to work together and no expectation to share more than feels comfortable.

This is simply a warm, confidential space to be heard, understood, and supported.
